With the Webhook feature, you can significantly enhance your integration capabilities. For example, by integrating with Zapier or IFTTT, you’ll unlock thousands of app integration opportunities.

The advanced request builder in Webhooks allows you to send various types of HTTP/HTTPS requests, giving you more flexibility in how you connect with other services.

First, select the request method. The following methods are supported:

• GET
• POST
• PUT
• DELETE

Next, paste the URL where the request will be sent. You can also use shortcodes when entering the URL.

For POST and PUT methods, you’ll need to fill in the form data. You can add as much form data as needed and use shortcodes to customize it.

Additionally, you can add custom headers, and shortcodes can be used here as well.

HTTP(s) requests can be sent through all the available actions in the Workflow module, giving you extensive integration flexibility.

Below are the available actions:

1. When a new appointment is added.
2. When the appointment is rescheduled.
3. When the appointment status is changed (You can create different combinations based on the previous and current status).
4. When the appointment ends (Including options to send notifications N minutes after the appointment or N minutes before the appointment ends).
5. When a new customer is created.

For example, you can make a POST request to EXAMPLE_URL an hour after the appointment ends.
