How does Zoom work with Booknify Appointment Booking System?

When a booking is made, Booknify automatically schedules a Zoom meeting through the API, allowing the meeting link to be sent to clients, staff, and admins via the Workflow module. This automation removes the need for manual scheduling, streamlining the process.

Joining Zoom meetings is simple. In addition to receiving the meeting link in notifications, both customers and staff can access the Zoom meeting directly from their respective panels. Staff members can start meetings directly from their admin panel with the “Start Meeting” button, making it convenient and efficient to connect.

With Booknify, you can assign individual Zoom accounts to each staff member, allowing meetings for each staff to be distinguished on the Zoom dashboard. You can add each staff member as a User in Zoom and link these accounts directly to specific staff profiles within Booknify.

Additionally, our Zoom integration is fully synchronized with Booknify. If an appointment is rescheduled in Booknify, the meeting is automatically updated on Zoom. Likewise, if an appointment is deleted in Booknify, the corresponding Zoom meeting is also removed.

Our dynamic keywords further enhance Zoom integration, allowing you to enrich meeting details with custom information for a more tailored experience.
