With the Recurring Appointments feature, your customers can book for the upcoming weeks with a single appointment, avoiding the need to make a new booking every week. This feature is not limited to yoga services, but can be used for any service that requires recurring appointments.

Additionally, you have multiple time interval options to plan out appointments. You can choose how long each appointment will last or how many appointments will be repeated, making it easy to set up without needing to adjust each session individually.

Recurring appointments are also automatically saved to your Google Calendar. If any recurring appointment conflicts with an existing one, the system will resolve the issue automatically.

How Can You Set Up Recurring Appointments in Booknify?

In Booknify, you can set up three types of recurring appointments: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Each type will appear in a different format on the booking panel. You also have the option to set either a Fixed Full Period or Fixed Frequency for all three types of recurring appointments.

Daily Recurring Appointments in Booknify

When setting a recurring appointment as a Daily type in Booknify, you can specify how many days the appointments will repeat between the start time and the end time. This allows you to easily schedule appointments that occur on a daily basis.

Weekly Recurring Appointments in Booknify

When setting a recurring appointment as a Weekly type in Booknify, you can specify which day of the week the appointments will repeat between the start time and the end time. This gives you flexibility in scheduling appointments on a weekly basis.

Monthly Recurring Appointments in Booknify

When setting a recurring appointment as a Monthly type in Booknify, you can select the specific days of the month you want the appointments to repeat between the start and end times. Appointments will only be created for the days you choose, offering precise scheduling control.
